Verrengia feeding stationTony and Gwen Verrengia of Saratoga Springs have a great birdfeeding set-up!  They're testing a potential new product and sent this picture and report:

"The (suet cylinder) for the stackable feeder took about 3 days before any birds tried it. Now they seem to be used to it and are going to town. 
I've attached some photos I took earlier today."

Salmon swallowJoan Salmon of Saratoga Springs, NY sent us this nice image of a Tree Swallow.

"Taken in my back yard this May. He was such a sport about having his photo taken- I was within 4 feet of him! I will miss my swallow friends- they were such a delight to watch guarding their nest."
